Campaign escrow
Holds pooled SOL and tracks each pledge. Withdrawals and creator cancellation stop when the pool fills. If the five-minute countdown and launch period ends without a confirmed launch, backers can withdraw their SOL.
Pitch brings project discussions and token launches together. Creators share a project, backers pledge toward its launch, and the pooled SOL buys tokens. Backers receive tokens and a share of the project's creator fees. The planned PITCH pairing pays those fees in PITCH.
Community discussions and profiles are available. Project creation and pledges are currently closed.
Discuss coins and ideas, reply to posts, and build your profile. Your wallet signs a message to sign in; posting does not transfer SOL.
Pitch creation, pledges, launches, and claims are currently closed. The sections below explain how they will work.
Pick Tech & AI or Memes, upload a project image, add an X account, and choose a 5–30 SOL target. Tech & AI pitches also need a website. The creator reviews the token details, pairing and fee currency before signing campaign creation and any initial pledge. There is no upfront Pitch protocol cut; Solana network and account costs still apply.
The creator and other wallets can pledge SOL for up to seven days after on-chain campaign creation. A wallet can withdraw while the pool is collecting. Once the target is reached, withdrawals and creator cancellation stop for the two-minute countdown and three-minute launch window. If no launch confirms by the end, each backer can sign a withdrawal to recover their pledge. A missed window does not automatically send SOL back. Expired or cancelled campaigns also allow refunds.
A full pool starts a two-minute countdown, followed by a three-minute launch window. The launch worker submits the transaction during that window. A launch can fail, and the window does not prevent bots from trading. If no launch confirms in time, contributors can withdraw; a later refill starts a new countdown.
Purchased tokens are allocated by final pledge share. Original contributors claim unlocked tokens from their dashboard. Fee claims become available when Pump distributes creator fees to the contributor vault.
Choose a whole-number launch target from 5 to 30 SOL. This is the pooled token purchase budget. The escrow records each pledge, stops deposits at the target, and locks full-pool pledges during the countdown and launch window. Each campaign has seven days to fill and launch. If it expires without launching, contributors can withdraw. A campaign supports up to 250 contributor wallets.
A direct wallet transfer to the escrow address does not count as a pledge. It creates no token allocation or fee share, and the contract cannot identify the sender for a refund. Backers must use the pledge action when it becomes available.
A 10 SOL target is the planned amount gathered for the coordinated Pump buy. It does not set a custom Pump.fun starting liquidity pool.
The creator may pledge to their own campaign. Their pledge receives the same proportional token allocation and contributor fee entitlement as any other wallet's pledge.
New launches are designed to use the official PITCH token as their quote currency. A buyer can still pay SOL through a trading interface that supports Pump's routing: SOL → PITCH → project token. A seller can reverse the route or keep the PITCH received. Someone spending existing PITCH does not create a new SOL/PITCH trade.
The quote mint is committed when the campaign is created and checked again at launch. A launched token's pair cannot be changed. The official PITCH mint must itself be eligible and directly SOL paired.
Creator fees belong to the project being traded and accrue in PITCH. Routing through PITCH does not also award a creator fee to the official PITCH token. Ordinary Pump creator-fee sharing is used; Pump holder rewards mode is not enabled. Original pledge shares remain fixed even if a contributor sells their project tokens.
Buying through SOL creates PITCH buying activity; selling back to SOL creates PITCH selling activity. Pairing and trading volume do not guarantee price growth. PITCH pairing is planned and will be enabled only after ongoing creator fees can be verified for the complete trading lifecycle.
After a successful pooled buy, the protocol records the tokens actually received. Each wallet's allocation is proportional to its final pledged SOL. It is not a fixed percentage of the token's total supply.
Every full 24 hours after launch, half of what is still locked becomes claimable. Tokens unlock at each 24-hour mark, with no additional unlocks in between. Claimable tokens are the unlocked amount minus tokens already claimed. The same schedule applies to a creator's own pledged allocation, and claiming later does not change the schedule.
The planned PITCH-paired launches pay creator fees in PITCH. The split below applies to the project's Pump creator fees. There is no extra upfront protocol cut from pooled SOL.
| Board | Project creator | Original contributors | Pitch protocol |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tech & AI | 60% | 30% to fee vault | 10% |
| Memes | 0–15% | 75–90% to fee vault | 10% |
For Memes, the creator's operator share depends on the largest noncreator pledge. It is capped at 15% and cannot exceed that top pledger's individual share of the contributor fee vault. With no noncreator pledge, the operator share is 0%. A creator who pledges still earns a normal contributor share.
T is total final pledged lamports. L is the largest noncreator wallet's final pledge.
Holds pooled SOL and tracks each pledge. Withdrawals and creator cancellation stop when the pool fills. If the five-minute countdown and launch period ends without a confirmed launch, backers can withdraw their SOL.
Holds tokens purchased by the pool. A wallet signs a claim for the portion its vesting schedule has unlocked.
Receives the contributor portion of Pump creator fees. Each original contributor can claim according to the final pledge snapshot.
The fee split is set in the launch transaction before the pooled buy. Creator and protocol portions go to their recipient wallets when Pump's fees are distributed; the contributor portion goes to the vault. The fee worker first collects pending creator fees from the bonding curve and, after graduation, the PumpSwap pool. Collection and Pump distribution happen in one transaction. Contributors then sign their own claim transactions. PITCH rewards are received as PITCH, with no automatic conversion to SOL. Holding or selling the token after launch does not change the original contributor fee share.
The treasury receives 10% of each project's creator fees. For PITCH pairs that share already arrives as PITCH; receiving it is not an additional market buyback. The policy supports retaining PITCH to fund the platform and burning a configured portion of treasury fee receipts.
The retention and burn percentages have not been selected. Burning is disabled by default. A burn uses only the treasury's own PITCH account, requires its signing authority, and records a receipt so the same distribution cannot trigger a repeated burn. Contributor allocations and contributor fee vaults are excluded.
Pledgers do not need to buy or stake extra PITCH to receive their earned share. Any future SOL-funded buyback would be a separate swap and policy.
After the buy, the token vault handles vesting claims. Pump's fee-sharing configuration routes creator fees to the creator, treasury, and contributor fee vault. The forum database is for discussion; it must never be the authority for pooled SOL or final token and fee entitlements.
There is no Pitch posting fee or upfront cut from pledged SOL. In transaction-enabled mode, creating a launch pitch and any initial pledge requires a wallet transaction. Pledges and claims also require normal Solana network fees. General forum posts use a signed wallet session.
Yes. Their final pledge counts toward the goal and receives proportional tokens and contributor fees, in addition to any creator operator fee share.
Withdrawals are allowed while the pool is collecting. Once it fills, pledges are locked through the countdown and launch window. The creator cannot cancel during that lock either. If no launch confirms within five minutes of fill, or the campaign expires first, you can sign a withdrawal to recover your pledge. SOL is not returned automatically just because the window closes. After a successful launch, pledged SOL has bought tokens and cannot be withdrawn; you claim your token allocation instead.
The chain records the fill time and locks withdrawals. After two minutes, a valid launch transaction can execute during the next three minutes. If no launch confirms before the window closes, contributors can withdraw their SOL. A later refill starts a new countdown.
The Pump fee-sharing update finalizes recipients once and revokes its admin. For that coin, the recipient list is then fixed.
